You've made the decision to become a lash artist or your current lash artist looking to up grade your lash Supply game! Great Choice!!! I am here to help you along your entire journey. I've spent probably thousands of dollars trying almost every lash product out there, at least it feels that way, and here are my top pic lash supplies at completely affordable Prices! One thing I have discovered is that more expensive doesn't necessarily mean better. I've Listed Everything you need to get started and all of my top pic Lash Extension Supplies! You can purchase all the supplies separately or you can get a good start by ordering a lash extension training kit.

This kit below also includes the supplies needed to do a lash bath as well!

My only problem with these kits are that the tweezers and glue in these kits are no good, trust me! I almost quit lashing right from the beginning because I could hardly pick up the extension and nothing would stick! Come to find out, the glue and tweezers suck.

So I would get Stacy Lash Glue. It's tried and true, and it's a great glue, still the glue I use today in my lash room! Also, the price is very reasonable! I also love that you can purchase really small bottles of it. I've found that when you get smaller bottles, the glue will stay good throughout the entire use of the bottle. Sometimes with the bigger bottles the glue becomes no good about 3/4's through the bottle because you've been opening a closing it so much so my recommendation is to always get the smallest bottle.

Okay! On to lash tweezers! I've tried dozens of lash tweezers ranging from $160 dollar tweezers all the way down to $9 dollar tweezers from Amazon. And I have to say that I LOVE my Amazon tweezers! For one reason is that you WILL (trust me, you will at some point) drop your tweezers and when you drop $160 dollar tweezers and it hits and damages the tip.............ugh........so sad! You basically just worked for free because those tweezers are ruined. So I do not recommend spending ridiculous amounts on lashing tweezers especially when I've found some great Amazon lashing tweezers that are fantastic!

My favorite lashing tweezer that I'm able to use for both Classic and Volume Lashing is The Shining Crown Lash Tweezer. It has a sharp tip which works well to help fan out the volume lashes and it also has a great grip. Also, when isolating, because of its sharp tip it helps with isolating as well.

There are two Isolating tweezers that I use and between these 2 tweezers, I'm able to isolate any eye shape and lash lengths.

The first is the Vetus Pointed Straight tweezer. Cuts right through those tiny little lashes, also works well for lashing the inner corners as well as a great lash removal tweezer.

The second is the 45 degree angular tweezer. This is my most used isolation tweezer. It has a tiny tip so you can get in between the lashes and the angle works well to get down into the lashes. Got to have this one!

So if you purchase the lash extension training Kit and the Stacy Lash Glue, and these 3 lashing tweezers you will have everything you need to do lashes, aside from a lashing bed and lighting. If you'd like to purchase lashing supplies separately, here is a list you can print out with everything you need plus links with descriptions! I will go through and explain each of the supplies.

Here is a list of all the Lashing supplies listed out Separately.

  • Sufficient lighting. You've got to have great lighting so you don't strain your eyes and also to help you isolate the lashes. I like the half moon light because my head can go forward and it doesn't hit the light, also it gives a nice full coverage over the entire face so you're not having to move the light around during your lashing session. If this is out of your budget, I used a ring light for many years and that worked just fine:) But this is the Ultimate lashing light!

  • Adjustable bed. You will have clients of different heights so it is convenient to be able to lower the bed for them to hop on. Also, to be able to adjust the reclining position is very helpful in making you and your clients comfortable. It is a bit of an investment though so if you're not ready for that, a massage table works well. Just be sure to get a massage table that has room for your legs to go under the table. Often there is a board at the end of the table so you end up having to wrap your legs around the massage table, which isn't too comfortable if you're sitting like that for an hour or two:)

  • Comfortable linens and pillows. Your client is going to be laying down for quit awhile so you want to make sure your lashing bed is as comfortable as possible. On my own lashing bed I have a foam pad and a heated blanket as well as a wedge pillow to prop my clients legs up which helps to alleviate the pressure off their back. It's a cozy bed:) I take naps on it myself if I have a break in between clients:)))

  • Blue Microswabs . I prefer the blue ones because they have the largest cotton tip. Most of the other colored microswabs have minimal cotton on the tip so you're not able to clean the lashes as well. You will use the microswabs to clean and prime the lashes before applying lash extensions and then you will use another set of mircroswabs again at the end of the lashing session to apply your sealant/bonder to the extensions. Also, if your clients eyes get a little watery, they work well to absorb the water in the inner corners and around their eyes.

Disposable Mascara Wands . Preferably sparkly ones because that just makes life better:)) Also, at the end of your service, you'll give your client the wand you used to take home with them so sparkles just make everyone happier! You'll use your mascara wand throughout the lash service to brush through the extensions so these are a must have!

  • Hydro Gel Eye pads. These are great eye pads. They have the perfect amount of stick. You will use these to secure down the lower lashes. I prefer to actually place these underneath the lower lashes and then you use micropore tape to secure the lower lashes to the eye pad. The reason I don't use the eye pads to secure down the lower lashes is because it tends to irritate the eyes. The solution on the eye pads seeps into the eyes if it's too close to the lash line so I use these eye pads along with the tape to give my client a comfortable experience.

  • Lash Extension Bath Kit. A bath kit is great to have on hand encase your client is coming to you straight from work and they have mascara caked on! Primer with microswabs alone will not work if your client has a bunch of mascara on. Also, a lash bath is very relaxing for your client so doing lash baths will really set you apart from other lash artists! Also, when lashes have a good bath, it will help make your retention even better!

  • Pink Glue Rings . And the reason for Pink is because Pink is way cooler than white glue rings:) I like to use a glue ring to hold my lash glue for a few reasons... it keeps the glue close to my working area. Also, I like to use the edge of the glue ring to wipe off excess glue or to help pull my fans together when doing volume lashing. That's just my preference. Some artists like to use a jade stone. A jade stone is nice because it helps to keep the glue cool so it doesn't cure too fast and some artists don't want the lash glue so close to their face because of the fumes. Whether lashing from a jade stone or a glue ring, as an artist you should ALWAYS, ALWAYS wear a face mask and reading glasses to protect your eyes and lungs from the lash glue fumes. Also to protect you in case you or your client has bad breath:).....Just sayin:)

  • Lash Fan. You will need to fan the lashes throughout the lashing session to prevent burning and irritation to your clients. Also, the fan is needed to help dry the glue through out the session. Another must have!

  • Lash Extension Bonder Your final step is your lash bonder. Again I would use whichever bonder correlates with the glue that you choose to use. Using a bonder helps to really lock that glue into place and also seals everything in to help prevent irritation and burning. Also, bonder helps those lashes to last even longer!

  • Lash Extension Remover Gel You always want to have a lash remover on hand if you're doing lash extensions. Hopefully you'll never have to use it but it is something you need to have. Also, be sure to get the remover that correlates with the glue that you choose to use:)
